1) Wrap the welding helmet in a plastic bag

2) Put the manual into the color box

3) Put the welding helmet wrapped in plastic bag into the color box

4) Put 6pcs of welding helmet in color boxes into the master carton

5) Sealing and packing(740×490×345mm)

Note: This packing method takes up a large space. But you don’t need to assemble them after receiving the goods, and the surface of the product is less scratched.

2) Wrap the face shield of welding helmet in a plastic bag

3) Place 20pcs of color boxes flat at the bottom of the master carton

4) Put 20pcs of manuals into the master carton

5) Put 20pcs of face shields and headgears of the welding helmet into the master carton

6) Sealing and packing(725×485×430mm)

Note: This packing method saves space. But after receiving the goods, you need to assemble the headgear with the face shield yourself, and due to the friction between the face shields during transportation, there may be some scratches on the surface of the product.
